Can I rent a desk by the day?
No. There are no day passes and no shared desks. Every office is a private room with a door that locks, leased to one business on a monthly lease. The building holds seven of them, plus a kitchen, a conference room, and a printer for the tenants.

2977 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, New Hampshire 03860, right in downtown North Conway.
What does the founding rate mean?
Apply before October 31 and, if approved, your monthly rate is locked at the founding price for your first 12 months. After October 31 the listed rates go up and stay up.
When can I move in?
The renovation is underway and we are targeting early December. Founding tenants pick their office in the order applications are approved.
Is anything built yet?
The building is real and the renovation is in progress. The room photos on this page are concept renderings of the finished build-out, sized to the real rooms. That is also why founding rates exist: early tenants take a little uncertainty and get a locked price for it.
What happens after I apply?
You get a confirmation email right away and a phone call within 1 business day. If it is a fit, you go on the founding list for your office and we keep you posted as construction wraps. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
